Road Widener’s FH and FH-R series machines allow you to disperse aggregate precisely and efficiently on all types of job sites, including road shoulders, pavement repair areas, trenches, and more. In fact, for many years our customers have relied on Road Widener equipment to enhance their teams’ productivity, keep their team members safe, and grow their businesses and profits.

Road Widener’s attachments don’t require transport permits and easily fit on any attachment-compatible equipment you already own. This means you can make a smaller investment and see a larger return on your investment.

Keeping your team in mind, Road Widener designed their attachments to operate at widths just over 13 feet. This allows material to be placed while only closing one lane of traffic. Additionally, their machines offer single and dual discharge configurations based on your needs and the equipment can be controlled by a remote control.

These aren’t the only specifications that can be customized for your team. Road Widener offers height-adjustable push roller extensions (reaching 24 inches) ensuring a continuous transition of material between the host machine and the dump truck. This helps to eliminate spillage and waste. Our customers take advantage of the mount plate that comes with the height-adjustable push rollers so they can easily work with dump trucks that have brake chambers protruding past the rear tire.

While the FH and FH-R offer a standard material placement width of one to four feet, Road Widener also offers shoe extensions allowing a laydown width up to six feet.

Many of our customers prefer to purchase a new Road Widener attachment, but we also have a large selection of quality, reliable used attachments, as well as Road Widener machines available for rent. Whichever route you choose, our Reynolds Warren team is here to help.
